Have you always wanted to know how to partner dance? Dancing is a unique form of exercise because it stimulates both the body and the mind, while allowing you to engage in a social activity. Dancing is an exceptional way to let loose and have fun, providing terrific benefits for your health, including reducing stress and increasing energy, strength, muscle tone and coordination. Join us and see how much fun dancing can be!
No partner? Don’t worry. We rotate partners frequently to improve your leading and following skills with partners of varying degrees of experience. Make friends while learning to dance!
Classes are scheduled based on demand. If you have ideas about classes you’d like to see offered, please email me.
Pre-registration is required for all classes. If there aren’t enough people signed up a few days before the first night of class, the class will be canceled. Email me (caroleduttlinger@yahoo.com) or call me at 509-670-0435 to register.
See the Where To Dance page for directions to class locations.
